Buckwheat is a relatively old crop that has been grown in our country for centuries. Buckwheat contains vitamins B, C and E, minerals, fiber, proteins and unsaturated fatty acids. Organic buckwheat should not be missing from any balanced diet.

Use:
Take the buckwheat and rinse it in water. Place it in a pot with salted water. The water should be about 3 centimeters above the buckwheat. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes until the buckwheat is soft. After cooking, let it rest under the lid for about 5 minutes.

Allergens: May contain traces of gluten, peanuts, sesame and nuts.
