Epsom salt is a colorless, highly soluble crystalline substance that is ideal for preparing relaxing baths that will help relax muscles, relieve stress, and detoxify the body. You can also use Epsom salt in foot baths, as Epsom salt helps reduce swelling and neutralize odor.

Tip! Prepare an Epsom salt scrub: moisten a small amount of Epsom salt in your palm and massage it into your skin in circular motions.

Use:
Epsom salt bath:
Fill a bathtub with warm water and sprinkle Epsom salt. For every 25-30 kg of weight, 0.5 cup (1 dcl) of salt is needed. Set aside at least 40 minutes for the bath. This will maximize the elimination of toxins and absorption of minerals from the water.
