Epsom mineral bath salt with chamomile. Epsom salt detoxifies, relaxes muscles and relieves stress. Chamomile excels in its ability to relieve blocked airways during a cold while also gently caring for the skin.

Composition:
Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate - bitter salt (MgSO4x7H2O), dried chamomile flower.

Use:
Epsom salt bath: Fill a bathtub with warm water and sprinkle Epsom salt in. For every 25-30 kg of your weight, add 0.5 cup (1dcl) of Epsom salt. Set aside at least 40 minutes for the bath. This will maximize the elimination of toxins and absorption of minerals from the water.

Notice:
Do not take internally.
