Epsom mineral bath salt with peppermint. A bath in Epsom salt is ideal for relaxation and muscle relaxation. Mint stands out for its positive effects on the respiratory tract and also helps improve sleep quality. The salt can also be used for full-body peeling.

Composition:
Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate - bitter salt MgSO4x7H2O, dried peppermint leaves.

Use:
Epsom salt bath: Fill a bathtub with warm water and sprinkle Epsom salt in. For every 25-30 kg of your weight, add 0.5 cup (1dcl) of Epsom salt. Set aside at least 40 minutes for the bath. This will maximize the elimination of toxins and absorption of minerals from the water.
