Epsom mineral bath salt with oak bark. Epsom salt relaxes muscles and detoxifies. Oak bark cares for the skin and helps improve the patency of the upper respiratory tract. The salt can also be used as a full-body scrub.

Composition:
Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate - bitter salt (MgSO4x7H2O), dried oak bark.

Use:
Epsom salt bath: Fill a bathtub with warm water and sprinkle Epsom salt in. For every 25-30 kg of your weight, add 0.5 cup (1dcl) of Epsom salt. Set aside at least 40 minutes for the bath. This will maximize the elimination of toxins and absorption of minerals from the water.

Notice:
