Epsom mineral bath salt with thyme. A bath in Epsom salt detoxifies, relaxes muscles and helps to relax. Thyme has a positive effect on the proper functioning of the respiratory system and also stands out for its antibacterial properties.
Salt can also be used as a whole body scrub.

Composition:
Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate - bitter salt MgSO4x7H2O, dried thyme leaves

Use:
Epsom salt bath: Fill a bathtub with warm water and sprinkle Epsom salt in. For every 25-30 kg of your weight, add 0.5 cup (1dcl) of Epsom salt. Set aside at least 40 minutes for the bath. This will maximize the elimination of toxins and absorption of minerals from the water.
