Freeze-dried blueberries, or freeze-dried blueberries, from Allnature retain the color, flavor, aroma, and nutrients of fresh blueberries thanks to the gentle freeze-drying process.
The freeze-drying process consists of rapid freezing and subsequent slow drying in a vacuum, which removes 95% of the water from the blueberries. Allnature freeze-dried blueberries are not additionally sweetened. Ideal for yogurts, muesli, porridge, various desserts or just on their own. When stored properly, they have a very long shelf life.
