Freeze-dried peaches - or freeze-dried peaches - undergo a process where the fruit is rapidly frozen and then slowly dried in a vacuum. In the freeze-drying process, the fruit retains its color, flavor, aroma and nutrients as it would have when fresh. Freeze-dried peaches have a naturally sweet taste, they are not sweetened in any way. They are best enjoyed in yogurts, muesli, porridges, various desserts or just on their own. When stored properly, they have a very long shelf life.
