White jasmine rice BIO is a naturally gluten-free food, has elongated white grains with the aroma of jasmine flowers and nuts. It is grown under strict organic farming controls mainly in Thailand and Cambodia. It is one of the most used ingredients in Asian cuisine. It has a sticky consistency and is therefore easy to eat with chopsticks. It is also suitable for preparing desserts, casseroles or as a side dish.

Composition:
White jasmine rice*. * From certified organic farming.

Preparation:
Rinse the rice in lukewarm water. Add double the amount of water per serving of rice, salt and cook over low heat for 10 - 15 minutes. We recommend soaking in water for about 2 hours before cooking.
