Maca powder contains unique phytonutrients, minerals, vitamins and high-quality plant proteins. It is made from the roots of the plant of the same name, which are radishes. Just for fun – this crop, which grows at high altitudes in the Andes, has been tried to be grown all over the world, but nowhere does it reach the same qualities as in its native homeland. Maca has a slightly spicy, slightly sweet taste and due to its properties it is called Peruvian Viagra or Peruvian ginseng. Maca in dried form contains almost 9% fiber, 60% carbohydrates and more than 10% protein. Proteins in maca contain 20 amino acids, 7 of which are essential. Maca supports sexuality, endurance, fertility, vitality, the hormonal system during menopause and physical and mental health.

Dosage:
2 - 6 teaspoons daily. You can mix the powder in water, milk, fruit or vegetable juice, or add it to any food. Do not add it to hot drinks or food, where it would lose its unique values!
