Milk thistle has a beneficial effect on liver function and supports digestion. It positively affects heart function and helps maintain normal blood sugar levels. It strengthens immunity and has antioxidant properties.

Use:
Pour one teaspoon into 250 ml of cold water. Bring to the boil and cook briefly. Let stand in a covered container for 15 minutes, then strain. Always drink the decoction fresh, preferably 1-2 times a day.
