Black beluga lentils in organic quality. No need to soak them beforehand and they retain their shape and color after cooking. They contain a high proportion of protein and fiber. Great for salads, spreads, vegetable stews, on platters and as a side dish.

Use:
Rinse the black beluga lentils, put them in a pot and cover with water so that they are completely submerged. Bring to the boil. Cook over low heat for about 25-30 minutes until soft. Add hot water as needed. Do not stir the lentils unnecessarily during cooking - this will prevent the skin from breaking. Salt the lentils only at the end.
