Psyllium fiber has a unique ability to swell and increase its volume, so even a small amount really fills the stomach and creates a feeling of satiety. By absorbing excess fluids, psyllium creates a gel mass that acts like a piston. This then removes harmful products that are produced in the intestines and stomach during food processing in the form of stool. Psyllium is not addictive, is very gentle and does not irritate the walls of the intestines or stomach. It is also recommended for all those who, due to digestive tract sensitivity, cannot consume fiber from dried fruits, whole grains or bran. Psyllium is also suitable for a gluten-free diet because it does not contain gluten.

Dosage:
Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of fiber in lukewarm water, tea, juice, or other liquid and let it swell for 5 minutes. Then consume it in the morning or evening before meals.
