Spirulina is a green superfood packed with a variety of unique nutrients. The cell walls of this blue-green algae are made of easily digestible polysaccharide, which allows all valuable nutrients to be easily absorbed by the body. Dosage:
Start with 1/2 teaspoon and gradually increase the dose to a maximum of 2 teaspoons per day. Do not exceed the dosage! Mix your daily dose of spirulina into cold water, vegetable or fruit juice, a cocktail, salad, etc. Do not add spirulina to hot foods and drinks, as it loses its unique nutritional value!
