St. John's wort, also known as witch's wort, bloodwort, St. John's wort, St. John's wort or sedge, has a beneficial effect on normal digestion and liver function. It supports excretion, normal function of the urinary tract and respiratory system. It contributes to normal skin condition, relaxation and restful sleep.

Use:
Pour 1-2 teaspoons of the infusion over about 250 ml of boiling water and let it stand in a covered container for 15 minutes. Then strain. Always drink the infusion fresh, preferably 1-2 times a day.

Composition:
100% St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum).
