Young barley is a natural product that enriches a varied diet with a number of minerals, vitamins, enzymes and other important antioxidants. Dosage:
Mix 1–2 teaspoons (2–4 g) daily in 150 ml of water (max. 30° C) or juice. Do not mix with a metal spoon!
