BIO RBD Coconut Oil is an ORGANIC vegetable fat that comes from dried coconut pulp called copra. The abbreviation RDB means that it is a refined, bleached and deodorized coconut oil. Most of its composition consists of medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) , which are responsible for its metabolic effect in the body. It is produced through a refining process, in which oil is released from pressed copra. This is later heated at high temperatures for deodorization and filtered to remove all impurities and remaining bacteria. The resulting BIO RBD Coconut Oil is therefore odorless, without a coconut taste, but with a high smoke point , which ranges between 200-230 °C.

Thanks to its properties, BIO RBD Coconut Oil is a popular ingredient in the kitchen .
