The medical device is intended for use by sexually active men, but contact with sexually active women may occur during use. Before use Before using a condom, check the expiration date on the package. Do not use a condom if the materials are sticky or brittle. If the condom package is obviously broken, discard the condom and use another one from the undamaged package. Put on the condom before your penis touches another person. This helps prevent pregnancy and the possibility of contracting sexually transmitted infections during sex. Using a condom 1. Open the foil by tearing the wrapper from the serrated edge. Handle the condom carefully as it could be damaged by your fingernails or sharp objects. 2. With the rolled part on the outside, squeeze the reservoir and place the condom on the tip of your erect penis. 3. Roll down towards the base. If the condom does not roll up, it may be inside out; throw it away and use a new one. Stop and check to see if you feel the condom slipping or squeezing the penis too tightly as this could lead to a rupture. The condom should be removed immediately after ejaculation. Hold the condom firmly at the base of the penis before pulling it out. 4. Throw the foil and used condom in the bin. Do not flush down the toilet. |
