| Preparation and usage: | Instructions for use The correct dosage saves costs and protects the environment. The amount of Durgol required depends on the amount of limescale to be dissolved. We recommend using at least 100 ml of Durgol. For diluted applications - e.g. for descaling larger containers or objects - use 500 ml of water per 100 ml of Durgol. If the limescale is still visible and the solution no longer foams, add more Durgol. Filter coffee machines: Fill 1-2 cups of Durgol (cup = 150 ml) into the water tank and dilute with the same amount of cold water. Let the solution run through a complete cycle of your machine and then rinse with 1-2 water tanks. Please read the instructions from the manufacturer of the machine. Metal, plastic or glass containers (e.g. kettles, pots, vases): Pour in Durgol, fill with water to just above the deposits and leave to act. Caution: Do not heat the kettle! Once the limescale has dissolved, rinse thoroughly with cold water. Tap aerators, shower heads, nozzles: Place in a container filled with Durgol. Dilute with water if necessary. Once the limescale has dissolved, rinse with cold water. Fittings and surfaces (e.g. taps, washbasins, tiles, shower walls): Clean with a cloth soaked in Durgol. Rinse immediately with cold water and dry. Other electrical appliances, e.g. humidifiers or egg boilers: Follow the manufacturer's instructions.
