Sanct Bernhard capsules are rich in glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), which come from the mussel. GAGs maintain healthy connective tissue, keep joints functional, and even support the regeneration of connective tissue around the joints. In addition to GAGs, the mussel also contains a large amount of minerals, vitamins (A, B, C, D), trace elements (iron) and proteins, while being low in calories.

Dosage:
Take 2-3 capsules daily with water or other suitable liquid.

Suitable for:
Adults, children from 3 years of age and people who strain their joints.

Notice:
Not suitable for pregnant and lactating women and children under 3 years of age.
