| Preparation and usage: | Remove the cartridge cap. Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use. Instructions for use: Apply the gel bait from the syringe / cartridge. Apply Formigel in drops or lines (elongated drops) to areas where ants are present. We recommend washing your hands before using the bait to avoid contamination with strong odors such as tobacco, etc. Do not spray or atomize other chemical products near the area where Formigel has been applied. This could cause contamination or disgust for the ants. Do not use on wood or porous surfaces. If you cannot find a suitable surface, apply the product to a non-porous surface, such as a plastic sheet. Check the areas where the gel has been applied frequently. The product has shown a 90% kill rate in 15 days. Indoor use: Apply the gel as drops or stripes near the ant tracks or bait station, and in areas where ants are likely to be found: hollow walls, cracks and crevices in the kitchen, bathroom, under the sink, window sills, air vents, garages, attics, etc. Outdoor use: Apply the gel to areas where ants are found, such as anthills, their paths or in holes or depressions, on the edges of roofs, cornices, places with cables or pipes that penetrate buildings. Remove alternative food sources in the area that could compete with the bait. The gel must be applied out of sunlight to prevent it from drying out. Check the application sites after a few days and repeat the treatment if necessary until the colonies are completely controlled. Outdoors, the application must be repeated if atmospheric conditions affect the product (rain, exposure to direct sunlight, pollution, etc.). Although the product contains a bitter substance that makes it impossible for humans or pets to swallow it, it should be applied in areas inaccessible to pets. Dosage: 0.2 g/m2 (1 drop = 1 strip of 3 cm = 0.2 grams of bait in gel). Frequency of application: After 7 days, check the places where the gel was applied and repeat the bait application if it has been consumed. Frequency of use: 3 months after the infestation has been eliminated, the gel can be used again. |
