| Preparation and usage: | Preparation instructions: 1. Wash your hands before preparing the porridge. Check that all containers are clean. 2. Boil drinking water suitable for infants for about 5 minutes. 3. Pour a measured amount of boiled water (120 ml) into a bowl and let it cool to about 40 °C. 4. While stirring constantly, pour in 45 g of porridge (6-7 tablespoons). 5. Mix with a fork and let stand for about half a minute. Mix again.
