Listerine® Clean & Fresh Mouthwash improves oral hygiene when used twice daily - with essential oils, fluoride and alcohol-free:

Preparation and use
To open: press the cap and turn it.
To close: turn the cap until it locks.
Directions for use: The mouthwash is particularly effective when used morning and evening after brushing your teeth. Measure 20 ml (4 x 5 ml teaspoons) into a glass, swish around the teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out. For children between 6 and 12 years, use 10 ml.
