Use
To open: Press the cap and turn it.
Closing: Turn the cap until it is completely closed.
Instructions
The mouthwash is particularly effective when used morning and evening after brushing your teeth. Measure 20 ml (4 x 5 ml - 4 teaspoons) into a glass, swish around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out.
