Alpine Milk: Sourcing Alpine milk is a key part of our commitment to the community and farmers. All the milk in Milka comes from within a 100km radius of the Alpine region, from around 800 small farms, with an average of 60 cows per farm. We have supported local Alpine farms in this particular small area by sourcing milk from them for 120 years. Milk is one of the main sources of income for farmers in this region and it is important to us to maintain this tradition. We have also partnered with the Hohe Tauern National Park, which aims to protect the Alps, and we also support a long-term biodiversity program.

Cocoa life

Mondelez's goal is to ensure that all of its cocoa consumption comes from sustainable sources, which is why the Milka brand is involved in the Cocoa Life program for sustainable cocoa farming.
