Use
1. Unfold. Apply the mask to cleansed and dry skin. The white side goes on the face. Once the mask is flat, remove the blue protective film.
2. Avoid. Be careful, avoid the eyes when applying. The mask is also not for use on injured or irritated skin.
3. Relax. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes. In the meantime, simply close your eyes and relax. Ideally, do this ritual twice a week.
