Shake before use! Do not spray into eyes. Avoid inhaling the contents. Apply in sufficient quantity before sunbathing. A smaller quantity significantly reduces the level of protection. Allow to absorb thoroughly. Repeat the application regularly during the day, especially in case of sweating, frequent swimming and risk of rubbing. The duration of action is not extended by repeated application. Even products with a high SPF do not provide 100% protection against UV rays. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if you use sunscreen; excessive sun exposure poses a serious health risk. Avoid direct midday sun in particular (11 a.m. - 3 p.m.). Protect yourself from the sun with clothing, headgear and sunglasses. Do not expose infants and young children to direct sunlight.
