SAVO Ph minus 1.2kg
Code: 61185SCProduct detailed description
To guarantee the proper functioning of pool chemistry and ensure high-quality, clean pool water, it is necessary to maintain the correct pH value within the recommended range.
The pH value is an indicator of the degree of acidity of water.
- ranges from 1 to 14,
- values below 7 indicate acidic water
- values above 7 alkaline water.
- The ideal pH value of pool water when using chlorine chemistry should be between 7.1 and 7.5 .
- The value must be measured regularly, as it is influenced by many aspects, such as water hardness, pool chemicals used, water purity and weather conditions.
An incorrect pH value can result in unwanted algae growth , which can be a threat to our health. The correct pH is also important for the proper functioning of the pool chemicals. To be sure that the pool chemicals you use are working 100 percent, check the pH value regularly and adjust it if necessary with Savo pH or Savo pH-.
- Savo pH- is designed to reduce the pH value of swimming pool water. The ideal pH range for swimming pool water is 7.1 - 7.5.
- Use the product if the pH value is above this limit.
- Maintaining the correct pH range ensures the proper functioning of chlorine pool chemistry.
Benefits
- lowers the pH value
- improves the functioning of pool chemistry
Determined
- pool water with too high a pH value
- for outdoor, indoor pools and hot tubs
- for treating fresh and salt water
Type: Powder form
Use
The dosage depends on the initial pH and the overall chemical composition of the water. Using Savo pH- in an amount of 10 g/m³ of water will reduce the pH by approximately 0.1-0.2. Dissolve the product in a container of water and then apply it to the pool. Leave the filtration system on and, after sufficient mixing, measure the pH in the entire volume of the pool and, if necessary, apply the product repeatedly. Wear protective gloves and goggles. Always dose the product into the prepared water and not vice versa. Never mix with other products. Always store in a closed container in a dry place protected from direct sunlight at temperatures of 5 - 25°C and out of the reach of children. Do not smoke, eat or drink when working with the product.
