Instructions for preparing sterilized food using a zipper bag and a self-heating capsule

1. To prepare, prepare a bag of food, a zipper bag and a self-heating capsule .
2. Take the bag with the heating capsule, tear it along the marked line and remove the heating capsule. Do not throw the bag away, it will come in handy later.
3. Open the zipper bag and insert the heating capsule. A 20g capsule will be enough to heat one meal, a 50g capsule to heat two meals. If the outside temperature drops below 0°C, use a 50g capsule to heat one meal.
4. The heating capsule must be placed at the bottom of the zipper bag. Place the sealed food on it.
5. Use the bag from the heating capsule as a water measuring cup. Pour water (it can be cold) up to the marked line and then pour it into the zipper bag.
6. Once you have the heating capsule unpacked from the packaging, the sealed food and the measured amount of water in the zipper bag, you can close the zipper bag tightly at the top.
7. In winter, place a backpack or piece of clothing under the zipper bag to prevent unnecessary heat from escaping into the ground.
8. Wait 12 minutes. Then carefully open the zipper bag and remove the finished dish.
9. Open the bag of food. The mixture will probably be warmer at the bottom and cooler at the top. Therefore, mix the contents of the bag thoroughly.
